The Grand Peninsula Owners Association is a non-profit corporation dedicated to preserving the property values and enhancing the quality of life in the Grand Peninsula subdivision of Grand Prairie, Texas.
We want to make sure that we all live up to the promises we made to each other when moving into this beautiful neighborhood. For that reason, we will do our best to enforce the rules & regulations which were presented to each of us at the time we purchased our homes.
We also understand that residents of Grand Peninsula want to enjoy their neighborhood. We strive every day to make this a wonderful place to live and raise a familiy! Along with our enforcement, we work to develop social groups, events, and programs which help enhance our quality of life.
Now that you are a resident, whether you own or rent your home, we encourage you to become involved in our community, to have a stake in things, and to help us preserve what drew us all to this lovely neighborhood. The involvement of our neighbors is what makes this such a great place to live!
