If You Are a Resident
You can advertise your business free of charge by uploading your own ad to our Marketplace pages. Just log in with your ID and password, and visit the Marktplace page of the website. When you are logged in, you can see a series of "members area" menu items which are not visible when you aren't logged in. Just click on the "my classifieds" button and follow the simple instructions to upload your ad! Your ad will remain on the website for 90 days. If you want to keep it on longer, just log in and follow the directions to extend your ad.
If You Are Not a Resident
We have two options for non-residents to advertise their businesses at present. Because our first goal is to serve our residents, we don't accept traditional payment for ads, but prefer to have "in-kind" contributions from local area businesses which will benefit our residents.
If you have a business which is willing to offer an exclusive discount program to Grand Peninsula residents, we will work with you to place your coupon on our website in a special section for local businesses offering specials to Grand Peninsula residents. The coupon must be specific to Grand Peninsula residents, and must offer real value for our membership. Grand Peninsula reserves the right to refuse participation from any business at our discretion.
If you can't offer a discount, but perhaps have some valuable information to share on a topic which would be of interest to our residents, you may want to write a guest article for our newsletter. Guest articles are published in our next newsletter, which goes out by email to over 1,000 residents. Businesses providing articles of interest will have their names and contact information included in the newsletter.
If you have a service to offer the Grand Peninsula Owners Association free of charge which our residents would enjoy, we will promote the special event, and your business! Some services we have bartered for in the past are bounce house rentals, face painting, and magic shows, as well as restaurants which have provided free food to our residents.
