We have recently launched a new and improved Grand Peninsula website, which takes advantage of a cutting-edge Content Management System (CMS) which will make maintenance of our site much easier. While making these changes, some structural changes to the site, and some new features, were added. We encourage you to check out the new site, and to comment on your experience!

All your previous log-in and password information wil transfer automatically to the new site, but residents who had posted messages on the message board, or ads on the Marketplace page, or photos, will need to log in and repost their content. Thank you, and welcome to our new site!

TO: ALL OWNERS/RESIDENTS

While the Board of Directors does not want to alarm our owners and residents, it was brought to our attention that a resident in our community is listed on the Texas Sex Offender registered data base http://records.txdps.state.tx.us.

Because this information is public record and may be obtained at the above web site, no additional information will be provided.

Keep in mind, the Grand Peninsula Owners Association does not provide security and cannot guarantee your personal safety in our community. Residents should always take reasonable precautions and measures to safeguard their property and personal well-being.

If you have any questions or need to report any threatening conduct, contact Paula Ringer of the Grand Prairie Police Department at 972-237-8837.

We have gotten many questions about what areas the HOA is maintaining, and what areas the PID will be maintaining. To help alleviate the confusion, I've linked to a map. This map shows who owns what land. The land in green is owned by and maintained by the GPOA. The land in red is owned by the City, and will be maintained by the PID. The land in blue is owned by Wynne/Jackson, Inc., our developer. Please note we have recently purchased the parcel on the corner of Grand Peninsula and Coastal from the developer, however we have not yet updated the map to reflect this change.
