Member Account, Password and Security.
Member accounts are provided free as a service to our members. However, you are responsible to provide true, accurate, current and complete information as you are prompted by the registration data.
You will receive a password and account designation immediately after completing the registration process. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account and you are fully responsible for all activity which occurs under your account.
You are responsible for any and all information that you post, upload, download, email, transmit, or make available through this service.

You agree not to disrupt the normal flow of dialog, cause the screen to “scroll” faster than other users of the service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that would negatively affect other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges.
You agree not to intentionally violate any local, state, national or international laws.
You agree not to stalk or otherwise harass another members.
You agree not to collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities previously set forth.
You acknowledge that the Grand Peninsula Owners Association, Inc. has the discretion to reject material, remove material, or terminate any content or member who violates its Terms of Use.
Also, it is understood that the use of this service results in interstate data transmissions. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the Country in which you reside.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the service.

Participants agree to release and hold harmless Idea Grand Peninsula Owners Association, Inc. against any claim or cause of action arising out of the use of this site.
Participants agree to be bound by the official rules.
Participant warrants that to the best of his or her knowledge, his or her idea is not infringing on any third party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other property rights.
Grand Peninsula Owners Association, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability arising from the content of any idea posted on the site.

You and Grand Peninsula Owners Association, Inc. agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Tarrant, Texas.
The failure of Grand Peninsula Owners Association, Inc. to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You agree that your account is not transferable and any rights to your Grand Peninsula Owners Association, Inc. or contents terminate upon your death.
You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to use of the service or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or forever be barred.
